Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup palm oil shortening or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons arrowroot flour or tapioca flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together ingredients until smooth then eat! Store in fridge or freezer. Optional: sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
