full fat canned coconut milk

packed cup
medjool dates
pitted

tablespoons
maple syrup
to taste

Instructions
Puree ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
Pour into a metal bowl and chill in the freezer, whipping with a silicone spatula every 15 minutes until it reaches desired consistency.
