Ingredients

  • 2 13.66 cans full fat canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 packed cup medjool dates pitted
  • 2-4 tablespoons maple syrup to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • dash of ground cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Puree ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
  • Pour into a metal bowl and chill in the freezer, whipping with a silicone spatula every 15 minutes until it reaches desired consistency.
