Ingredients

  • 12 oz Coyo coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cucumber cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a food processor blend all the ingredients until smooth, then serve with your favorite dish or store in the fridge.
