  • 1 large avocado
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water to desired consistency
  • lemon juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor until it reaches desired consistency. Store in fridge for 5-7 days.
